The Pack Committee is responsible for the management of the Pack including setting the calendar and planning all Pack events. It meets once a month (Leaders Meeting) on the Sunday afternoon before the Pack meeting. The Pack Committee is led by the Committee Chairman and includes following leaders and other leaders as determined by the Pack.
1. Committee Chairperson -- The Committee Chairperson has primary responsibility for seeing that the Cub Scout program provided by the Pack runs smoothly and is of high quality. The Chairperson is responsible for running the monthly Leaders meetings, recruiting required leaders and seeing that all events are run within BSA guidelines. The Chairperson also has responsibility for maintaining the financial health of the Pack (including approving all checks) and working with Christ Church so that proper resources are available. Either Chairperson or Cubmaster should attend monthly Roundtables.
2. Cubmaster and Assistant Cubmasters -- The Cubmaster runs the Pack meetings, works with the Committee Chairman to recruit Den Leaders and Scouts, sees that Den Leaders are properly trained, assists Den Leaders as needed and provides overall leadership to the Pack with the Committee Chairman. Assistant Cubmasters help the Cubmaster as needed (especially advancements and training) and step in to fill the role of the Cubmaster when needed.
3. Den Leaders -- Every den has at least one trained den leader and normally two (usually parents of the boys).
4. Tiger Den Leader -- Oversees Tiger program. Works with Tiger Adult Partners to see that proper leadership is available for each Tiger group. Assists Tiger Adult Partners as needed. Does not run the Tiger group.
5. Den Leader Coaches -- Provide guidance and program ideas to den leaders. Assist den leaders as needed. Desirable to have one for Cubs and one for Webelos.
6. Treasurer -- Maintains Pack Checking account, writes all checks, prepares monthly financial report and helps with all money collection.
7. Secretary -- Takes minutes at monthly Leaders Meeting. Assists Committee Chairperson with Pack correspondence as needed.
8. Membership -- Oversees Fall and Spring Cub Scout Roundups and Fall registration of returning Scouts. Works with Committee Chairperson to promote Cub Scout program.
9. Outings -- Coordinates all Outdoor events with the help of the Pack Committee. Includes Family Camping and Cub World events. Handles sign-up and money collection. Could be filled by Assistant Cubmaster.
10. Service Projects -- Promotes and oversees Scout Service projects. BSA has made a commitment to the country that each Scout will provide 12 hours of community service annually. Includes annual Scouting for Food drive.
11. Advancements -- Keeps track of boys’ advancement records. Purchases advancements awards and has awards available at Pack meeting.
12. Newsletter Editor -- Publishes newsletter (The Bugler) with Committee Chairperson.
Popcorn Sales Chairperson -- Runs the annual Scout Popcorn Sales, which is the major fundraiser for the Pack. Promotes and oversees program with the help of the Committee Chairperson.
Webmaster -- Maintains & updates the Pack26.org Website

Pinewood Derby Co-Chairpersons (Race and Food) -- Runs the annual Pinewood Derby Race and the Derby Diner. This is one of the highlights of the Pack Year.
Blue & Gold Banquet Chairperson -- Runs the annual Blue & Gold Banquet which is held the end of February to celebrate the birth of Scouting. February Pack meeting is combined with banquet.
Summer Day Camp Coordinator -- Distributes info and collects forms for who will be attending Day Camp over the summer. Organizes volunteer rotation for the week (1 leader per 3 boys).
Raingutter Regatta Chairperson -- Runs the annual Raingutter Regatta Race. This starts the Summertime Program for the Pack and includes a cookout. Held first Saturday after school is out.
July 4th Cookout Chairperson -- Runs the annual July 4th cookout and flag retirement ceremony.
